Finnish Sauna · 90°C
90°CThe classic way to healthy sweating. Between 70° and 100°C with low humidity, the Finnish sauna strengthens the cardiovascular system, cleanses the skin, and relieves tension. Ideal after a long day on the slopes or hiking trail.
Infrared Sauna · 50°C
Soothing deep heat between 30° and 60°C. The infrared cabin promotes blood circulation, stimulates metabolism, and relieves muscular discomfort. Due to the lower temperature, it is also well-suited for children and older guests.
Steam Sauna · 40°C
Moist heat at about 50°C and a humidity of 80 to 100 percent. The steam sauna strengthens the immune system, promotes blood circulation, and is considered particularly pleasant by many guests, especially after cold winter days.
