Booking Information

Your rooms are available from 2:00 PM. On departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 AM. The breakfast buffet is served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Dinner is offered subject to availability from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and can only be booked directly on-site. All rooms are non-smoking. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

All prices are in Euros per person per night, including breakfast. The local tourist tax of €2.60 per person aged 15 and over will be charged separately.

Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge. From 3 to 5 years, we offer a 50% discount; from 6 to 12 years, 20%; and from 13 to 15 years, 10%. These discounts apply with 2 full-paying adults in a family room.

To confirm your booking, we kindly request a deposit of 30% of the total amount via bank transfer. The remaining balance can be conveniently paid on the day before departure, in cash or by debit card, Visa, or Mastercard.

Cancellations and rebookings are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total amount. To ensure you are covered in case of an emergency, we recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellations, early departure, and mountain rescue.
