You can marvel at this unique natural spectacle on the Hintertuxer glacier 365 days a year. Tours take place regularly. A standard tour lasts ca. 45 to 60 min. 

Admission is for children 6 and older, and this excursion can be perfectly combined with a skiing day on the glacier.

Leisurely make your way through the Zillertal on the historic steam locomotive of the Zillertalbahn. During the 32 km long ride from Jenbach to Mayrhofen, you can relax and enjoy the view.

Spannagel Cave in Hintertux

Spannagel Cave (Spannagelhöhle)

The Spannagel Cave is a special geological feature and is considered to be the largest ice cave in the Central Alps. A tour through the labyrinth takes ca. 1 hr. and is always an exciting experience for young and old. 

For the particularly brave, there is an opportunity to participate in a multi-hour trekking tour through the deeper cave system.
